StarRacing operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). StarRacing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from StarRacing. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be completed.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, variant, quantity, shipping address, and fitment, before submitting it.

Cancellation, return, refund, and replacement eligibility is governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

If we need to change, cancel, or otherwise contact you regarding an order, we may use the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, purchases are intended for personal use and not unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged will generally be the price shown when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

StarRacing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with StarRacing.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and StarRacing, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with StarRacing.

Product use, installation, modification, and operation may involve risks, particularly for e-moto and performance-related components. Products should be installed and used appropriately and in accordance with applicable instructions and safety requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STARRACING AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
